"I had a confirmation for a king bed when we arrived they said they did not have one for us. That I needed to take that up with Expedia. They had two doubles went to the room as we got off the elevator there was dried dog poop on the ground. In the room the chair had peeling vinyl all over it there was a burn hole in the bedspread and the sheets had big yellow stains all over them. The beds were springs very uncomfortable and squeezed really loud. We got a refund and left"

"When I arrived at the hotel, she put me in room 207. I went up to the room and when I opened the door, the mirror was so dirty. You could barely see your reflection in it. It had not been touched in probably a year the room was dirty, so I went back down to the lobby. She switched my rooms. I went to room 104 I walked in. It wasn’t as dirty as the other one, but it was still dirty. I ended up going back to the lobby. They basically was like I don’t know what to do. I said give me the Cleaning...
