"When we arrived our room had not been cleaned. We returned to the desk, they apologized, and issued us a different room. There were some used towels hanging in the bathroom, but everything else was clean. We had requested 2 beds when booked thru Expedia, but property said they didn’t receive that information, and would have cleaning staff correct it the next day. "Staying in the Zen room at Strange Uncle B&B was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They offered a wine tour with Alberto who was absolutely delightful! The location was perfect for touring the downtown historical area and cathedral. I will stay again when I go back to Firenze!"
