"Hotel was easy to find and approximately 10 minute walk from the tram station which takes you into the city centre or to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable however the walls are very thin and as such this makes for a noisy atmosphere. We could hear people coming in late at night and leaving early in the morning. However this was my only real problem with the hotel. Decent for price. "

"Only stayed 1 night as stopover. No breakfast or parking but room was clean and comfy, perfect for what was needed for us. Two things I'd ask to fix: shelf in bathroom was falling down and curtains didn't quite cover the window so light crept in bit too early. Other than that it was perfectly nice accommodation, easy check-in and check-out"

"Great location for exploring Edinburgh, city centre is easily walkable. Arrived late due to transport issues and host was very accommodating. Room was downstairs so no windows, but was clean and a nice place to stay in. Private bathroom wasn’t en suite which wasn’t an issue, but I feel like this could have been made clearer when booking. "My friends (3) and I were wonderfully surprised by this stay. Hosts were beyond helpful, and fast to respond. Beautiful property and cozy atmosphere. The cottage is well organized and EXTREMELY clean. One of the best places I have stayed in. It is easy to get into Edinburgh but does take 45 minutes by one bus. Overall a wonderful experience and a great place to stay if you are making a trip to Edinburgh and area. Definitely would stay here again!"
