I forgot my bag in the room with all my money and when I went back to retrieve it, the front desk gentleman was waiting for me and ready to call me. Can’t get that kind of service in the states! "This hotel is one of a kind. Tranquil, lush surroundings and well maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, particularly Alexis and Jeti! The food at the property is lovely but expensive. There is plenty of choice for tavernas and restaurants just outside the hotel. We were very sad to leave but will be back next year! "

"We only stayed one night as we had to change our initial arrangements. Reception arranged taxi pickup from airport (30eu). Ok, a bit expensive for a short ride but enabled us to travel hassle free and get to know the route for next day when we picked up a hire car. Lovely surprise to have an upgrade for room. Excellent facilities and wide balcony overlooking harbour. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing. Wide selection of fruit, pastries, cereals, cheese etc plus omelettes made to order. Good coffee. Easy walk to bus stop for airport. This is also where the ferry goes across to Lixouri about every 30 mins. Watched lorries, cars and vans backing into it. A bit scary. We drove instead.. highly recommend staying in this boutique hotel "

"We just got home from Kefalonia and a great week staying at Oskars! Our studio apartment was lovely and comfortable with a great view. The family were very friendly and welcoming, and the three brothers Makis, Costas and Yiannis went out of their way to make our stay comfortable - thanks guys! The pool is great and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. I would highly recommend Oskars, and we hope to return soon. Thanks all at Oskars!"

"Absolutely wonderful!! The room was comfortable, neat and clean.with beautiful views over the sea. Staff were friendly and very helpful. An ideal setting - only 10min from the airport, a lovely beach just a 15min stroll away, I also enjoyed a trip into Argoustoli, the capital, to see some turtles. A great holiday. "
