"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The offered directions and assisted with parking options. But the property is very outdated. The chairs are threadbare and stained. Tiles in the bathrooms are broken. It’s also a little hard to find and to get your luggage up to your room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel"

Food store, outdoor market, restaurants close @ Krumbaumgasse. Bring paper towels as no kitchen towels provided."

Owned & operated by a local family that did an excellent job renovating the property while preserving and promoting the history of the area.
