The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 people, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of day or night. Featuring three living rooms, including one off the primary bedroom, one in the center of the home, and another next to the bar, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The large bar area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a foosball table and easy backyard access to the luxurious swimming pool and spa. Step outside to the completely private backyard oasis, adorned with lush landscaping for the ultimate retreat experience. Gas heat for the pool is available at a rate of $95 per day (two day minimum). Please note, I do not rent to Las Vegas locals. **Payment for pool heat must be received prior to pool heat being turned on. The days must be consecutive. Pool heat takes 24 hours to fully heat the pool up. During winter months, it could be longer due to freezing temperatures at night.**
