Welcome to my lovely home for a fabulous vacation, or a business endeavor . Guests have access to the entire 1-story home with pool and spa, palm trees, an abundance of flowers, fruit trees and unobstructed mountain views in a secluded neighborhood.. Multi colored pool lights at night create an enchanting atmosphere. Kitchen is well stocked with many amenities, spices, coffee, tea etc. Convection oven is perfect for cooking and baking! I welcome up to 5 guests and 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, office and laundry room. Base price is for 2 guests, any additional guests pay more as displayed on the VRBO website. I'm located in the North West of Las Vegas, close to hwy 95 and interstate 215. There are two shopping centers close by, eateries and fast food, hair dressers, pizzeria and more.. About 10 min on Hwy 95-S is the Centennial shopping center, Cosco just 15 more minutes on 215-East. Iā€™m available if you have questions or need help. You will be swept away when marveling at the sunrise from the backyard or house and the moon by night. Just 15 min. to Mt. Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, golfing about 8 min, 25 min. to the Strip; 60 min. to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, couple of minutes to Tule Springs Park (Floyd Lamb park), & a few hours to Scott's Castle in Death Valley or Valley of Fire, and a few more. Las Vegas is centrally located to reach an abundance of many tourist destinations and attractions like Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Antelope Valley, Monument Valley, Lake Powell just to name a few. I do care about my guests wellbeing as I put myself into their shoes. Their happiness is my number ONE priority.. Many of my guests come back each year to find relaxation, enjoyment or seek new adventures. As a host, I make sure they find that extra little thing they expect. I enjoy being a host to serve my guests for over 10 years. I'd like to offer you too my vacation home with the caveat of a very special fabulous Get-A-Way.

Property was very clean. Overall stay was very relaxing. There was a little problem with hot tub in the beginning. But when that problem was solved it enhanced our stay. Sigrid is a very lovely woman who tried with the best of her ability to take care of all our needs. We look forward to returning in the future.

Always a pleasant relaxing stay

The 4th year we have stayed with Sigrid at her beautiful house. We come out to Vegas to play golf, then we are in the pool all afternoon, and grill up dinner. Sigrid is always welcoming, caring and responsive. The location is far from the Strip but that is what we are after. We'll be back next year, and the year after that and the year after that.

Great vacation rental and wonderful stay!

My wife and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary with a stay at this beautiful vacation home. Being from Minnesota, we so enjoyed escaping the cold weather and long winter with a 4 night stay which we spent most of at the house and lounging around the pool and in the spa. Everything we needed was in the home. Also had many stores/restaurants nearby. Our only regret was that we didn't book our stay for longer. Thanks Sigrid!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location!

We loved our stay. The home was spacious, beautiful, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed.The outdoor space was our favorite - plenty of seating poolside surrounded by plants, palms, and mountain views. The location (about 25 mins from the strip) was perfect for us. It felt like a quiet oasis. Sigrid was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay at her place.

Everything was amazing! We loved the property and the open layout of the house was amazing. Sigrid was so hospitable and her lemon tree had the most amazing lemons! If your lucky she will let you pick one. Thank you for the great get away even though the pool was too cold to get in.

A place of calm and peace!

Fabulous location, well away from the noise and bustle of Vegas. Easy Uber access back to town when needed. Multiple shops etc near to the house. Quiet, upmarket residential area on the northern fringe of Vegas, where the desert takes over.The house, land and pool are high quality. Sigrid lives next door and is a delight to talk to. Her love for the property and her plants shine through.We had a simply superb stay and are looking to return next March.

Amazing property!

The property was beautiful, filled with natural light, and had such a peaceful atmosphereā€”being off the Strip made it a perfect retreat. We especially loved how relaxing it was to take a dip in the pool. However the spa did stop bubbling after about 40 minutes and never really got hot but Iā€™m not sure if that was an us problem or notOne thing to note is that the listing mentioned the property wouldn't be shared with the owner, but we did notice their presence during our stay. It was a bit unexpected since we've used Vrbo multiple times and hadnā€™t encountered that before. Additionally, when some family stopped by for a short visit, we were told the owner checked in to ensure everything was in order. While we understand wanting to be cautious, it felt a little surprising in the moment.Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the space and tranquility the property offered

Great Stay, Quiet Neighborhood

Very clean home and excellent communication. Has all the needs for a stay. On business to Vegas and did not want to stay on the strip. Very easy travel to the convention centers, easy off of the highway and convenient to local shopping, trader joes etc.It was great to come back to the quiet and easy pace. Wish it was a bit warmer weather to enjoy the back space, but was great watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee in the sun room. Was a good stay thank you Sigrid!

Wonderful rental

3 buddies having a yearly reunion wanted to enjoy LasVegas but get away from the hustle and crowds on the strip and Fremont Street. This house was perfect, great neighborhood, easy access to all of Las Vegas, Sigrid, the owner was welcoming and helpful. would rent again without question. Recommend the hidden gem in Las Vegas are microbreweries in Art District, try one or more both for beer and food.

Vegas Wedding Get-Away

This property was a fantastic little getaway from the busy strip. My (now) husband and I booked this property for our Vegas destination wedding and honeymoon. I was drawn in by the pool and hot tub and the open space which I knew would be needed. After booking Sigrid and I spoke on the phone and she was incredibly accommodating for our wedding needs and allowed us to have a couple of family members, and hair and make-up artist come to the property the day before and of our wedding. We also arrived later than the 9 PM check-in and she completely understood and welcomed us with a fresh baked pie while she went over the house rules. During our stay we spent most of our time out and about and the property is located in a great location for traveling to and from the strip and other local attractions. It is quiet but it is bright! I will agree with another reviewer/previous guest that it was during the introduction to the property that we were told that Sigrid lived on-site in a unit that shares the yard, garage, and driveway. I also should have read the details regarding the A/C temps during the day/night on the listing as they are required to be within certain parameters. That being said, Sigrid was incredibly nice (she brought me flowers on my wedding day 3 ) and so was the property.
