The apartment is located within the prestigious project of Sáman Residence , very peaceful, with excellent amenities, pool and a lot more to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully stocked with: pantry, American fridge, stove,microwave, dishes for 6 guests, all necessary kitchen utensils and more.

The dining room has table ,chairs and utility table to accommodate 6 people for your meals comfortable.

The Balcony have a very nice view to the pool of the project that you can enjoy with your family and friends.

Our Staff @ GoRentry are always available to answer any questions that our guest have by phone or Airbnb Messenger .

Our Founders are both graduates of Hospitality and Tourism Administration at a local university in Santo Domingo that has great prestige and can help organize any activity you want to do during your stay in Dominican Republic.

We will also have Staff in Las Terrenas in case of any emergency to assist you just a couple minutes away from you .

Located inside of Sáman Residence , closed community with very nice Pool, and just minutes away from the beach .

The apartment is located very close to Terrenas center of the town , we recommend you to have a vehicle to go explore the surroundings of Las Terrenas and what Samaná have to Offer.

Also can rent a motorctcle or ATV and is a very good option to enjoy de surroundings.

Samán Residence is just Steps away from the Samán Boutique Hotel that have restaurants and areas we recommend you to visit, also the best beaches of the area are less than 5 minutes away from the property.
Important House Rules
1. Check-In/Check-Out 🕒
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later
• Check-out time: By 11:00 PM

2. Maximum Occupancy
• The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests.
• No visitors are allowed.

3. Quiet Hours 🤫
• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

4. Smoking 🚭
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• Use designated smoking areas outside the building.
• A US$150 penalty applies for violations.

5. Pets 🐾🚫
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

6. Parties and Events 🎉🚫
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Violations will result in a US$500 penalty.

7. Damages and Breakages 🔧⚠️
• Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages caused during their stay.
• Report any issues immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

8. Social Areas 🏢👥
• Follow all building rules and respect common areas shared with other residents.

9. Laundry and Garbage 🧺♻️
• Use laundry facilities responsibly.
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins and recycle whenever possible.

10. Air Conditioning ❄️⚡
• Turn off air conditioning when not in use to conserve energy.

• Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment.
• Use the provided keys and make sure the building’s entry doors are closed properly.

• Park only in designated parking areas.
• Check with the building management for parking availability.

13. Identification Requirement & Pre-Check-In 🆔✅
• Pre-check-in is required: All guests must complete pre-check-in procedures prior to arrival.
• Provide copies of all guests’ IDs at least 24 hours before check-in for building registration.
• This is necessary to ensure access to the apartment and building facilities.

14. Respect the Neighborhood 🌆🙏
• Be mindful of the surrounding community.
• Avoid making loud noises in hallways and common areas.

If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances like blood, makeup, or other products that cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge will apply for replacement.
