Lo unico malo del hotel es que no cuenta con una carta de tomo service, tienes que descargar una app, si no tienes en ese momento la posibilidad, no hay servicio. Hable por teléfono y la chica que me contestó nada amable me dijo que vivíamos en un mundo digital, lo sé, pero en todos los hoteles del mundo hay un menú. Hay tanto documento en la habitación (hojas,menú de almohadas, etc) que no es posible que no haya un menú de Room service. De todo lo demás súper y excelente. "

"This is a fabulous new business class hotel near the Madrid international airport. The hotel staff is excellent and immediately asked if I preferred English as I struggled with my limited Spanish. I had reserved two beds and they upgraded me to a better room with two beds available. "
