"The hotel is very well located, right next to Gran Vía and Callao Metro Station, making it extremely convenient to get around Madrid. You can easily access the metro right from the same avenue. The hotel is very accessible, and the rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable, and very well designed. The location is definitely one of its best features"

"Room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic as is the location and breakfast. Daniel is a super star, he works hard to cater for all guests needs not just ours. He is really attentive and remember our names. What an asset for the hotel."

"Room was clean, bathroom was spacious. Check in was relatively quick. Didn’t have breakfast booked and we’re surprised that it wasn’t offered at check in. A bit confusing in the morning but managed to pay for it at the restaurant"

"Really loved the place. Modern, clean, great bathroom, great WiFi. All for a great price. You just need to be aware that if on foot, nearest metro is 25 min walk- then direct to the centre. But well worth a stay. I will return!"

"This was an excellent hostel style stay - you just need to have the expectation of hostel not hotel. The bed was small but comfortable - take ear plugs as you will hear the guests in the capsules nearby. The shared spaces were good - showers were down the stairs as were most of the bathroom facilities. WiFi didn't always work well in the sleeping areas which was an issue for the electronic key at times. Enjoyed having access to shared kitchen and eating spaces. We were grateful to not be assigned an upper level capsule as that would have been a little more challenging for us as guests in our 60's to access. All in all a reasonably priced stay near the Grand Via and we would stay here again."
