"Front desk was great, Spa and meals were all great."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and the view amazing. We loved the rooftop. There was not enough space on the car park. We also made a remark to the reception about the lack of staff at lunch time: 2 staff for up to 35/40 clients on the rooftop. The staff was still lovely and doing their best but had to run from table to table. We felt sorry for them. In the evening, however, there was too many for very few customers. We saw the following day that the hotel listened to our feedback as there was more staff for lunch. "

"Barceló team members were outstanding and provided great service. Breakfast and dinner buffets consistently showed a very good quality. Room air conditioner only able to keep the room at about 75 degrees F (24 C) and bathroom/ room ventilation didn’t work very well at all, but balcony was outstanding and was able to sleep cool enough with balcony slider open all night once the sun went down."

"We stayed a week in May at the Best Semiramis. The buffet all inclusive food was great with daily changes of options like Tex Mex, Italian, Curry night etc. The breakfast was vast and lots of choice again. There was entertainment every evening in the bar. It was close to everything to walk to especially some beautiful botanical gardens 10 mins walk away. There was all the amenities you could need in the room and if you didn't have something the reception would know how to get it for you, eg a kettle for a small cost etc. A good week, we would definitely stay again."

"We went as a family of 3. The room was very good, very clean and offer enough space for a toddler to be comfortable. The service is amazing and the restaurant really really good... A bit expensive but definitly worth it. The gardens are really nice too. We really had a wonderful time."
