"La habitación estaba aceptable. El personal completamente desubicados el desayuno y la comida en general horrible de mala calidad todo con muy poca higiene las piscinas y las zonas de uso público estaban aceptables. Si volvería no si se lo recomendaría alguien no está completamente aislado en un lugar."

"There is no hot water. They just don't believe in it. This would probably be something to disclose on their listing. I asked the front desk and both employees just shrugged it off. One of them said no one asks for hot water. Not according to the reviews, which I should've read before I booked. Lesson learned. Also, if you plan on driving here, the drive way from the main road into the hotel is not paved just gravel and rocks, so be careful. The room is basic as it gets. I guess the pool and view is decent. That's about it."

"I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars. First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but everywhere else it is just trashy. The pool has dirt on the bottom. The entire walk to the tide pools has pieces of trash and bottle caps and empty vodka bottles along it. Speaking of which the tide pools themselves are so filthy they are unusable. Literally the first day i was there the first tidepool had about 9 square feet of floating trash on the surface. Which makes me think what trash has already sunk to the bottom why havent they sent someone to clean it up? Then the other tidepool I went into with water shoes and thank God because there were hundreds of crabs crawling along the edges. I stayed in there for about 2 minutes the entire time thinking a crab is gonna grab my toe. And the pools are super murky and slimy you cannot see the bottom. They need to drain these and do a deep cleaning to make them usable, they are super nasty and it is very disappointing it was one of the main reasons I booked this place. My review is out of space (1500 characters) i was just getting started"

"Clean, great service and view! 20 minute uber drive to el Tunco and surf city, they offer transportation services as well . Food was delicious, would recommend and come back!"

"Pros: -The outdoor lounge area was beautiful, very comfortable and a great setting. -The breakfast here was delicious and quick. -Can entry and exit right onto the beach. Cons: -The rooms were a bit underwhelming -Our bathroom had a constant puddle in it either from the sink or shower leaking -The pillows weren’t very comfortable -The room had a bit of an odd smell to it. I was expecting a bit of a better room as the outside was done beautifully. I think they should have the option for family members to come visit without any troubles if they’re buying drinks at the bar and not causing trouble. My family originally wanted to stay here but rooms were unavailable when they went to book but became available 2 hours later when I had messaged them. They were asked to leave but the three of us had no problem going to their hotel and using their pool/bar. We also had messaged about a late check in as our plane was 3 hours delayed which was replied to as no issue but when we got there security didn’t seem to know we were coming, he requested our room number but we did not receive one via WhatsApp or online so there was a bit of a wait to get to our room."

"hotel is nice with clean room and comfy beds. there is not much to do at this hotel there is no access to the beach or sea pools which are pictured on the hotel descriptions. food and drinks are expensive on the menu. I did not stay after my checkout time."
