"The staff was welcoming and helpful and friendly. Nice room, adult only pool available. I enjoyed the casino and the speakeasy was my favorite activity. The view from my room of the rainforest was absolutely breathtaking . The shower was the best. I wanted to take it home with me. One complaint. The microwave should be accessible all night. That's it."

"My Favorite Hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is honestly my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. Everything about the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re truly on vacation. The pools are amazing, and there are four different pools, so there’s always a great spot to relax. The pool food is incredible, and honestly, all of the food throughout the hotel was amazing. We enjoyed every meal! The staff was also wonderful—everyone was so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. One of my favorite things about the hotel is that it’s right on the beach, with such easy access from the hotel rooms to the beach. It makes going back and forth so convenient. Beautiful, relaxing, amazing food, wonderful staff, and a gorgeous beach—everything you could want in a vacation. I absolutely loved my stay and would come back in a heartbeat! ❤️"

"Just as described, felt like I was living as a local. Having 2 bedrooms was very nice. However, we stayed in apartment A and the AC in the bedroom I was in was not working. It did get a little warm but i just didn't use any blankets. I loved the stove. It worked very well and it was great for making our breakfast in the morning. The refrigerator was great to have for our food and drinks, and the microwave was useful. No toaster but the nonstick pan was good to warm up the bread and it did get a little toasted too. All I was missing was a blender which would have been perfect but maybe next time they will have one. We were concerned about the water shortage but we did have water on the premises and had no trouble with showering. The beach was about a 5 minute walk away which was great for cooling off from the heat and they do leave towels for the beach. There are waves and depending on high tide or weather disruptions they can be rough. There are restaurants within walking distance of the property and all along the calle isla verde street, but you need to drive down for more variety. It's a 15 to 20 minute drive to the airport which is convenient and the route 26 expressway is just around the corner. The TV in the living room area was not always working though which was inconvenient and it appears that it's streaming service only like Netflix. They do provide a passcode but it was hard to find programming to watch. Not fancy but safe& clean. I would stay here again. Thanks"
