"The hotel is pretty outstanding visually. It really is like being transported to a tropical paradise.Great views and the size of the room was great. There was a really good pool for our toddler too. Great choice of food at the buffet. I was initially concerned about the price of drinks but they weren't too bad. We did also get water at breakfast and in the room with the Unique package. One of the toddler pools was not working and there were works going on during our stay The music at night from the bands/shows could be pretty loud and hard to sleep at times The British tv channels do not work, apparently this is a bigger problem than the hotel and not a big deal but it would have been good to have been informed about this at check in I was encouraged to check in in advance but I can't see how this saved any time upon arrival as I had to do it all again I'm listing all of these things although minor as these are the things that would make it an all round 5 star experience."

"We had a fantastic stay with this hotel deserving of their 4 star rating. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink which was a lovely touch and then guided to our room. The room was spotless, with an enormous and comfy bed! Good sized pool, plenty of sun loungers but a small comment would be helpful to have a few more parasols. Food choice was excellent and fresh, with the kitchen staff really knowledgeable around allergies - and lots of gluten free options available which was great. Area around the hotel is calm and quiet with very accessible flat walking paths. Would definitely recommend a stay!"
