"The staff were all friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, with the exception of the Marinas bar, which is a franchise. The room (suite) was OK, but daily cleaning less thorough than might be expected (glasses and cups not washed). The curtains were good at light blocking but extremely noisy to operate. "Worst checking I ever experienced. The security man was doing it and he wasn't speaking any English. He was so overwhelmed by the situation that he was using two phones at the same time talking with different people. I ve also noticed the man is doing some cleanup around the pool, wouldn't be suprised if he had some other tasks, so if anything give that man a raise at least! Some of the guests people."

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.
"We were staying at the hotel for a special occasion and we were not disappointed. The staff at the hotel all gave impecable customer service which made our stay a memorable one. Tge hotel which opened its door in 1890 has been renovated over the years to give all the mod cons you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The room we had was extemely comfortable and well appointed. The hotel public rooms are stunning as are the grounds and pool area. Breakfast was a true experience and qe would not hesitate to return when we are next on the Island."
