Centrally located apartment in Las Palmas. It has three bedrooms with window, very bright and with large closets. A bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room on the roof.

Very well located near the square of the fair. A 10 minute walk from Triana area and close to the historic district of vegueta. Very close to the marina and beach of the Alcaravaneras. A 1 minute bus stop that takes you directly to the port, auditorium and Las Canteras beach. Very well communicated, central bus station to the whole island at 5 minutes walking. Pharmacy, school, supermarkets, stores less than 1 minute away.

Ideal as a starting point to explore and enjoy the whole island.
