El apartamento está estratégicamente situado entre las principales atracciones de la zona de Puerto-Las Canteras (ver la foto con el mapa), en la calle principal conocida debido a que el famoso Carnaval pasa por ella.

Justo al doblar la esquina se encuentra el "Mercado del Puerto", uno de los sitios más de moda de LPA para tapear y tomarse unas copas.

Had a great time in Las Palmas. The apartment is in a great position, less than 10 mins walk to the beach. Car parking available very close by. Public transport outside the door. Supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.Everything you need in the apartment, modern, stylish, comfortable beds. Super clean. Alberto was very helpful and friendly.

Alberto was a pleasure to deal with and he takes obvious pride in his place. After a month backpacking in Spain with my wife and 2 young kids his flat was the perfect way to end the trip. A home away from home.

We spend three nights at Albertos apartment. Alberto was a lovely host and we had such a great time at his apartment. The apartment is very central and just a short walk of 3 minutes away from the beach. Right outside of the building is a underground car park. Thank you again for having us Alberto!

Wir haben unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ca 200 m bis zum schönsten Stand der Insel mit guten Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Einkaufen ohne Probleme da in direkter Umgebung sogar an Sonntagen und Feiertagen der Supermarkt auf hat. Bei Fragen haben wir direkt eine Antwort von Alberto erhalten. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und hat jeden Konfort den man benötigt für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Toll danke Alberto!
