Cozy studio apartment with balcony, very bright with sea view, newly renovated. Located on Playa de las Canteras, one of the best urban beaches in the world. This beach offers different activities (surfing, beach tennis, canoeing ...) as well as leisure areas. It also has excellent restaurants with varied cuisine, pharmacy and supermarkets.
Good public transport connection.
Very quiet area and excellent location!
