"It was between seasons -- spring break and summer tourists -- so the property was under cleaning and reno ops, but didn't take away from overall wonderful services. The staff from getting out of our vehicle to leaving was superb. Everyone aimed to please with genuine hospitality and customer service. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you cannot find something from the lavish breakfast buffet, you are not hungry! The pool and beach were well-maintained. Although this property shows some age, it is a large convention site that caters to guests' needs. Close to the airport and near the marina with a few shops and restaurants, I will admit it is a little farther than preferred for downtown sites, restaurants and shopping. Uber is the way to go!"

"Service and hospitality was amazing. Friendly, professional, above and beyond. Exceptionally clean!!! Room Service was fresh and fast every time! Very nicely remodeled. Shower had great pressure and beds are unbelievably comfortable. Krystal restaurant was my favorite. Buffet food was okay but servers are hard working and friendly. The band on Friday night with two lady singers was so much fun!! We will be back soon. "

"The series of pools are fabulous. Pretty setting. The food choices are limited. The staff is very nice. Nahum ( the bartender) was especially good. Very friendly and good at his job! The hibachi was pretty disappointing. It would've been much better if the food was seasoned up a little bit and used butter instead of some substitute. We usually really like this kind of restaurant. Not this one."
