"I love staying at this property, it’s always a pleasure still after many years. The staff are lovely and whether you just want a chat or total privacy your needs are catered for, housekeepers are first class and very helpful. "We stayed 3 nights here and the apartment was excellent. It's literally home from home with everything you need. The WiFi is brilliant, so much so we used our IPTV box! They are big apartments. "Loved our stay here, the location is perfect at the bottom area of town (no hills to climb) close to shops & beach. The staff were lovely, in particular the cleaning staff who were in 5 days from 7. Room was comfortable & balcony fab! The only reason we didn't give a 5 star was due to a few small maintenance issues (balcony door lock, microwave door opening & leaky shower) however don't let that put you off, we had a great stay and would recommend. The only thing I could fault was the lack of air con in the room. As we stayed at the end of November this was not too much of a problem, but I would think twice about booking if I were looking to stay in July/August."

"The hotel is pretty outstanding visually. It really is like being transported to a tropical paradise.Great views and the size of the room was great. There was a really good pool for our toddler too. Great choice of food at the buffet. I was initially concerned about the price of drinks but they weren't too bad. We did also get water at breakfast and in the room with the Unique package. One of the toddler pools was not working and there were works going on during our stay The music at night from the bands/shows could be pretty loud and hard to sleep at times The British tv channels do not work, apparently this is a bigger problem than the hotel and not a big deal but it would have been good to have been informed about this at check in I was encouraged to check in in advance but I can't see how this saved any time upon arrival as I had to do it all again I'm listing all of these things although minor as these are the things that would make it an all round 5 star experience."
