"A pleasant place, with friendly staff and good-quality food, that is let down by the truly desperate physical condition of some of the rooms. The grouting in the bathroom of the room we were initially given was black and ugly, and there were cracks where the sealant was coming away from the bath. We rejected it as unacceptable and were shown two further rooms that were far from pristine but not nearly as bad. How this place can be rated as five stars beats me. There are signs of underinvestment...
