"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. "The Kapok was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has great restaurants and the food was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day and delicious. The location is a set back from the port and downtown, however, they are easily accessible. The hotel is in a walkable and safe location."

If you get to the North Deck and didn't see it, you've just passed it. Look to the right of the North Deck and proceed to the furthest gate to the right. It's a steep climb by vehicle to access. Not for the faint of heart, but well worth it!
Spanish is an asset with the onsite attendant, however, the owner speaks English and is only a call away."

"We had a truly memorable stay at this property. The view is absolutely stunning—easily one of the best we’ve experienced anywhere. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or winding down at sunset, the scenery alone makes this place worth the trip.The service from the property manager was top-notch—responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were solid (about a 7/10), with everything we needed for a comfortable trip, though nothing particularly fancy.That said, the home itself is showing some age. A few of the window screens were torn, and some of the decking could use repairs. It’s definitely a place that’s past its prime in terms of finishes and upkeep, but if you come with the right expectations, the charm and the location more than make up for it.If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with unbeatable views and attentive service—and you’re okay with a few quirks—this spot delivers."
