"The main pool is too cold to use however there is a covered pool which is much warmer. The kids pool is slightly warmer but still too cold for kids to spend too long in. Hotel grounds, rooms and communal areas are very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is buffet style and perfectly acceptable. "

"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"We are a couple and stayed for 56 nights in December and January.Great location, good outside space, light and airy rooms. Good sized bedrooms & bathrooms.The kitchen is small, which we knew when we booked. If the villa is full, there is a shortage of crockery and cutlery. Could also be useful to have a few more cooking utensils. Kitchen cupboards need replacing or painting again, as the paint is coming off.Bathrooms are good, although the shower trays look a little grubby. Bought a couple of covered bins for organic waste as the bins provided were open topped.Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Beds comfortable, however would strongly recommend mattress and pillow protectors. The pillows really need replacing.There is a significant amount of damp / flaking paint in villa. Had an issue with water ingress when it rained. We reported this, once it was determined that it was rain and not a burst pipe, nothing was done to fix it.TV requires a Google update, which prevented us from receiving English channels or Netflix / Prime. We were advised that a technician would come to do the update. This never happened. Communications are on WhatsApp which goes to an AI Assistant which will escalate to the team advising that someone will be in touch on the chat. This may or may not happen. Although it may seem that we are being overly critical, for the money that we paid we were disappointed with the quality of this villa. I"

"An information book would have been good. And Amenities improved. When we arrived we couldn’t entre as the outside gate was lock. So we had to wait for the lady cleaner to come let us in it until 21.40pm. Then there was a sound of water running which turned out to be the broken family bathroom toilet. That could not be fixed for four days. Then still not fixed properly when we left. This meant we had to all share the en suite therefore we as the couple had no privacy. As our (83 year old friend ) uses the toilet three time in the night. Spoiling our holiday. Their wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water left for us on arrival. Or couple off tea bags or coffee as arrived late. We had to rush to the closing shop just made it. The property had no feel of luxury. Where should I start. The patio door shutters were off the roller and broken. It took the two men in the party to open them. It felt like living in a darkened room. It felt there had not been much maintenance. These are issues that the owner seemed to be aware off accordingly to emails received from him. It would have made our stay much easier If these were acted on before our arrival.
