"Just had an excellent 4 days in this spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, giving local information and providing a really personal service. Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold! "

"Lovely hotel. Stayed in the club level. Staff are really friendly . Worth paying the extra for the adult only club section . Great location in the marina but a pleasant 20 min flat walk along the prom to the centre of Playa Blanca "

"Excellent stay, we had a preferred club swim up pool room, it was fantastic. Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed bed & breakfast which was also good with plenty of choice. Just a couple of niggles, there is no waiter service around the pools and the gates to get in and out of the hotel from the promenade were temperamental. Good location on the seafront, easy walking distance to either the Rubicon area or Playa Blanca centre. We will definitely return soon."

"An excellent place to stay with the family. We had a car rented which aided access to areas outside the immediate area surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself served a good baseline of food for a family of four with different tastes. The pools and access to the beach are great. The most minor of things could have improved the hotel; water in rooms and better coffee at breakfast (the coffee in snap bars for the rest of the day is excellent). As I said, minor improvements. Would stay here again. "

"Fabulous apartments! Cleanest one we’ve stayed in over the years! The free bottle of water was a lovely touch, and the iron, nespresso machine were unexpected too!! We were given the soap and sponges to wash up our dishes with which was great as we were only there for a few nights. We had a front area and rear garden almost, with 2 sunbeds, a parasol and an egg chair. The room was so spacious and the air con was fab. The pool was heated which was great & helping yourselves to sunbeds was ideal too! Can get busy by the pool with people reserving sunbeds but this wasn’t too much of an issue for us. Staff were very friendly, location was fabulous. Half way up the hill but not a long walk, and if you go the back streets the incline isn’t noticeable. Didn’t try the food but heard it was lovely. Overall 10/10, fabulous place to stay and will be returning."
