3 km from the village, and the spa in a village named Larressore; 13 km from beaches and Spain; 6 km from the mountain, beautiful new house in a property annex of 1000 m² and its garden

Accommodation for 2 adults in a residential area and very quiet

The house is on the ground floor near the landscaped pool, heated to 29 ° depending on the weather (from mid-April to about October). Its submerged beach is an invitation to relax during hot weather. It also allows you to enjoy the benefits of water for people with reduced mobility.
you will share this pool very little with my husband and myself because we are away all day.

The terrace is private with a garden furniture resin braided; there is no opposite because our terrace is in another angle.

Le gîte est très confortable pour 2 personnes et magnifiquement situé au coeur de l'AOP Piment d'Espelette. Les circonstances ne nous ont pas permis d'avoir beaucoup de contacts avec les propriétaires qui nous ont cependant paru bien sympathiques!

Une belle semaine du 21 au 28 mai 2022. Des propriétaires très accueillants, tout est conforme à la description du site. Cette maison est au calme et magnifique, notamment l’extérieur. Ne pas hésiter à réserver c’est un endroit plein de charme.

Three steps from the patio door is the pool, with easy access via steps; warm and luxurious with planting, trees and shrubs giving a tropical feel. At night, the lighting sets it off even more. Inside the accomodation has everything you need to be self sufficient. Locally, an excellent restaurant in the village (need to book) and beaches and towns just 20 minutes away. We are coming again next year! Thank you to Mireille and Adrien, and cousin Claudine for her translations. Highly reccommended.

Nous avons passé des vacances agréables et reposantes dans une atmosphère chaleureuse chez Mireille et son mari. L’appartement a un design moderne et contient tout ce dont que nous avions besoin pour un séjour agréable. La salle de bains est équipée d'une grande douche et la cuisine est également parfaitement équipée. La piscine et l'espace extérieur sont fantastiques. Nous avons profité du calme et de la paix céleste et le village de Larressore est situé au milieu d'un paysage magnifique. Mireille nous a donné de nombreux bons conseils et suggestions pour explorer les environs. Nous nous sommes sentis tout à fait à l'aise et nous aimerions revenir. Wir verlebten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Mireille. Das Appartment ist modern gestaltet und beinhaltet alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Badezimmer ist top mit großer Dusche und auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind traumhaft. Wir genossen die himmlische Ruhe und das Dorf Larressore liegt inmitten herrlicher Landschaft. Mireille gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps und Anregungen um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl in familiärer Atmosphäre und kommen gerne wieder.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Schlafzimmer und großem Wohn- Eßzimmer inkl. Küche. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Blick auf den Garten und Pool ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haupthaus und sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch viel Informationsmaterial über die Umgebung vorhanden, ausserdem Spiele, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle...

Ce petit coin de calme et de paradis est idéal pour 2 personnes. Tout est fonctionnel, bien pensé; l'accueil par Mireille et Adrien a été très chaleureux tout au long du séjour. La piscine est à la hauteur des photos : juste magnifique! comme les agapanthes, en pleine floraison , un régal pour les yeux! et le jardin décoré et entretenu avec goût. Merci à nos hôtes très sympathiques dont la gentillesse a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances au pays basque! Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter.

Un bel appartement avec une pièce à vivre et une salle d'eau bien agencés et de bon ton, une chambre petite. La piscine est conforme à la photo publiée, belle, grande et entourée d'une magnifique végétation. Toutefois il s'agit bien d'un lieu partagé avec la famille. Certaines exigences rappelés comme l'étendage de nos effets personnels, les conditions de stationnement extérieur , etc.; peuvent confiner à de petites contraintes. Un lieu pour dîner et dormir en toute quiétude, une base pour de nombreuses visites intéressantes, moins un lieu de séjour quotidien.

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes conquis par le lieu. La maison et sa piscine sont fidèles au descriptif. Grande pièce à vivre très bien équipée, très éclairée avec sa grande baie donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine Petit coin idéal pour les apéros, n'oubliez pas d'inviter les sympathiques propriétaires qui se feront un plaisir de vous faire goûter leur pâté maison. En résumé, logement idéal pour un couple, bien situé pour découvrir le Pays Basque. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Michèle et Laurent

Maisonnette confortable et bien agencée donnant sur la piscine dans une belle propriété à Larressore, village voisin d'Espelette. Les propriétaires très sympas veillent à rester discrets mais au service en cas de besoin. Les découvertes "montagne-mer" sont idéales à partir de ce point de chute. La nature au pays basque est vraiment très belle et surtout très verte et les "Basques" sont très accueillants. Ce séjour restera un très beau souvenir.

D'emblée nous avons été conquis par la bonne humeur de nos hôtes (Mireille et Adrien) ainsi que par le calme et la beauté du logement. Tout correspond à la description faite sur le site. Nos hôtes nous ont guidés tout au long de notre séjour (15 jours) au niveau des visites, promenades et plages. La piscine est géniale, non seulement chauffée à 29° mais encore à l'abri de tout regard accordant une intimité agréable. Lorsque vous voudrez profiter de celle-ci, il vous suffira d'ouvrir votre porte fenêtre et de faire deux pas. Il ne vous en faudra pas plus pour prendre vos repas en terrasse. La cuisine est toute équipée et moderne. Un emplacement de parking privé est situé juste en face de l'habitation. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour (très ensoleillé) et remercions nos hôtes pour leur disponibilité et leurs bons conseils. Edy et Nathalie - Belgique

Un endroit idyllique pour les vacances, près de toutes activités de l’océan de l’Espagne et de nombreuses visites. le logement est super bien équipé et avec un grand goût. Une literie très confortable. la piscine et les extérieurs sont très très agréables. les propriétaires sont charmants, donnes d'excellents conseils pour qu'on découvre au mieux la région. Toujours là pour rendre service tout en étant discret. On vous dit à une prochaine, car on reviendra....on doit encore se faire des apéro...... Domie et Patrick

Dès notre arrivée, en un seul coup d'oeil, nous avons apprécié notre location. Les propriétaires sont super sympas; il nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux; en peu d'explication, nous avons eu une indication des endroits à visiter et notre première semaine était déjà programmée. La piscine était bien chauffée et cela très agréable vu la température assez basse pour la saison. Rien à redire sur l'équipement tant intérieur qu'extérieur. Présenté par mes photos à ma famille, le gîte était vu comme beau et agréable au vu aussi des jardins bordant la piscine et la pièce du séjour. Nous serions prêt à relouer une autre année tant cette location nous a plu.
