I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again

The room we were supposed to stay in was occupied by some people for apparently already longer period of time (2 weeks), they were aggressive when we confronted them. The owner didn't help us whatsoever and of course refused to refund because of "company policy" DO NOT BOOK AT ANY COST. DANGEROUS

Place was outright terrible. There is an L Bracket with pad lock that is installed outside the door. Felt like I was going into a shed, which isn't far from the truth. A/C remote was nowhere to be found and instead of sweating it out, waiting for someone to bring it (there is no staff on site), I cancelled my stay. It was not as advertised. Finding the place required getting on the phone with their property management company while walking around looking for the place. It was like trying to find a Pokemon or something. They did eventually send me coordinates that I punched into Maps which made it easier. I do not recommend this place.

Dirty bathroom with no hot water and no water in the taps. The kitchen was also dirty with no amenities to cook anything. When asked for a refund or compensation we just got moved to an even worse room.

Misleading Description: The room was advertised as having a separate toilet and a bed suitable for a couple. However, I was shocked to find a single bed and no toilet in the room. Lighting Issues: The lighting in the room is extremely poor. Only a single, very weak bulb is working, which makes it nearly impossible to see properly (please see attached photo). Bed Bug Infestation: Most concerning of all, I discovered bed bugs in the bed, which have caused numerous bites on my body (attached are photos as evidence). This has made it impossible for me to sleep and has raised serious health and hygiene concerns.

Don’t have high expectations

Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night.

Stay away! I had the worst experience with this vendor! I arrived in the middle of the night to a dirty and smelly building only to find out that there are no keys in the safe box. I contacted the vendor that provided an alternative apartment which I had to travel to in the middle of the night but it was a single room with no window, bugs, bathroom shared with 4 other guests and overall did not match the conditions promised in the reservations. After all of that, they claimed I'm not entitled to a refund based on their policy! Unbelievable...

1. No reception. They communicate via whatsapp. 2. Attention about price. The price you find in app is not complete. They have a extra fee for cleaning in cash. (I don't know what happen when you not give at the keybox) 3. The equipment is very rare. No toilet brush in shared bathroom. One plug in room behind furniture. The bed made sound with every move. 4. the surfaces in bathroom were clean, but you could finde many black and rustet joints 5. Check-out in App is 12:00. They say 11:00 and at the end the cleaners wanted to clean at 10:30am. Of course, it's one of the cheaper rooms, but still for this quality and bigger company behind it can be cheaper. I wouldn't go there again.

Majoituspaikka oli todella vaikeasti löydettävissä. Pimeässä rappukäytävässä jossa ei valot toimineet. Erittäin pieni hissi. Yleisiin tiloihin pääsi kuka vain ilman avainta. Keittiö epäsiisti, jääkaappi lämmin. Homeisia tuotteita jääkaapissa. Yleisissä tiloissa oli avainlaatikko joka aukesi koodilla. Avainta ei kuitenkaan huoneeseen ollut, emmekä koskaan saaneet avainta sekä varaamaamme huonetta. Uusi majoituspaikka kuitenkin tarjottiin edellisen tilalle nopeasti.

I arrived at the property 45 mins past check in time to find an Israeli woman already in the room. I contacted the property manager who asked me to wait but did not explain. After waiting a while in the stairwell I was told to meet the property caretaker downstairs. He then asked me to get into his car to take me to another property, he didn’t say where. We arrived to a shared apartment with many others in poor condition, the aircon was also broken. The whole experience was very unsafe and unprofessional. City View had double booked the original property to take advantage of displaced Israelis from the nearby war and make money from other people’s misery. I confirmed that morning I was checking in so they knew what was happening but didn’t tell me. I spent over am hour on the phone with Expedia who eventually relocated me to another property. So I ended up in a different place and lost my whole afternoon. Avoid this property.
