Résidence Les Hermines benefits from an exceptional location, at the end of the Port-Maria promenade on the seafront and in a quiet area. This spacious 96m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It includes an entrance with cupboard, a fitted and equipped kitchen adjoining the living room/lounge opening onto a large south-facing terrace with full sea view, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room and 2 toilets. In the basement, a private parking space is available. The apartment is equipped with WIFI. An electric charging station is available at the foot of the building.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.

Logement ( quoique dans son jus année 70 , mobilier , déco ) , clair , fonctionnel, spacieux, emplacement et vue exceptionnels. Accessibilité garage, ascenceur appartement top . Bémol : 2 baignoires d’un autre siècle à enjamber .. difficiles pour PMR. Très bonne literie . Contact excellent avec le prestataire de location Orpi .

Ce logement est très bien situé, très propre. Parking au sous-sol avec ascenseur. Terrasse avec une belle vue sur la rade de Lorient, plage au pied de l'immeuble.

Bonne prestation d'ensemble

Emplacement idéal mais les prestations sont plus que moyennes : terrasse dégoûtante, remontée d’odeur d’égouts dans une des toilettes, baie vitrée électrique qui grésille malgré une tentative de réparation, les armoires fermées à clef dans les chambres… beaucoup de points négatifs avec un tarif élevé …malgré encore une fois la belle vue. Aucun dédommagement bien entendu. Je ne recommande pas.
