"Met the most amazing hostess during breakfast hours. My daughter caught Covid so was isolating in another room we had to book. I just wanted to take her some oatmeal on Saturday 7/5 and the hostess helped me where to find it and walked me to the elevator as my hands were full so she wanted to make sure to operate the buttons for going up. Sounds minor but that was above exemplary service."
