"We were 3 friends staying in this hotel for a concert at the OVO, The room had 3 single beds was spacious and it was clean, we had a bathroom with shower and a bath ( a bonus for me) so was perfect, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant for evening dining but does do breakfast ,but there are plenty of pubs and restaurants near by, it's only a 15 min walk to the OVO so it was great,the staff were friendly and helpful.My only complaint would be the £100 taken off as an incidental hold is taken straight away but could take 5-10 days to be returned which is a long time to wait for a lot of money ."

"Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."
