"The hotel is really nice. The breakfast buffet is really full. They have pancakes, omelet, biscuits, cinamon rolls, fruits, yogurts, etc. The propwrty is located close to a lo of nice beaches. Dand key and clearwater are 15min away. The staff is really nice. The only thing there is not room service, so if you eed extra towels you have to go to the front deak, whicj honestly is not bad because you'll get right away instead of waiting for someone to take them. Also there are quiet hours which is also nice. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet, and central to the places and things we wanted to do and see. The house itself was great. Very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Nice tv for relaxing after a full day, and we really enjoyed the private pool as well. The kitchen has a lot of good counter space to meet anybody's needs, and has a great layout in relation to the dining and living room. There were also plenty of towels, and other supplies provided, as well. The microwave has probably seen better days. The carousel feature doesn't work, and the panel that hides the installation screws is missing. But it still works just fine, and didn't pose any problems. Also, the ceiling fan in the sun room doesn't seem to work, either. The lights come on, but the fan doesn't turn (pulled the chain a few times, but nothing but lights come on). Also, not a problem since we didn't really use the room, and the house has AC, anyway. On the upside, the extra full size fridge in the sun room is a great idea, especially for families planning on cooking a lot. You can keep the food in the kitchen, and fill the sun room fridge with beverages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Gerry was really great for answering any questions I had, and was thoughtful enough to check in a time or two to make sure everything was good with the house. We will definitely keep this place marked as a favorite for the next time we come down."

"If you’re looking for a nice place to stay close to beaches and shopping, this is the perfect place! Very quiet neighborhood. We chose to stay here because we have family that live in Clearwater and we didn’t want to overcrowd their house. But we also wanted to be close enough to go and visit. This house has all the amenities that you would at home. A huge plus was having the washer and dryer! Especially after beach days! The kitchen had everything you needed if not more! We couldn’t get the TV to work but that wasn’t a big deal at all! Most days we were out and about until late so there was no time for tv! All in all, if you want a really nice place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from the beaches and shopping, pick this one!"

"We stayed for 16 nights & couldn’t have wanted for anything. The location was perfect in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Jan provided everything for a fabulous stay. The home has a modern kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Jan is very attentive when you need and can’t recommend his home enough. We had a fabulous relaxing stay, just what we needed. The pool & yard were great & spent some time almost everyday there. Five Stars all the way from us!"
