Room, though "smoking", was excellent with little scent of being a "smoking room". I am a non-smoker, but I booked last minute. All staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast on the first day included burnt eggs(I was a bit confused and on serving thought they had added bacon) but it was burnt pieces of egg. The rest of the breakfast selection was great. The first morning, Feb 4th, kitchen staff was a bit "cold" second day, of the 5th, kitchen attendant was awesome, very upbeat and friendly greeting her kitchen guests with a chearful and verbal "good morning". All registration staff, including manager Anna were friendly courteous and ready to help. I loved my stay and will be back.

Best breakfast I have encountered for these types of hotels! Lots of hot options and a cook prepping more food. The hotel is tidy but could use some cosmetic service: repainting doors, clean up rust stains from water condensation, new carpets would be major. Those are little changes that would be beneficial. Regardless, I would stay here again.

It was just okay the staff were very nice and they did clean there was a smell in the hallway! All the doors to each room were damaged they all had big holes and look like somebody took a screw driver and banged each door!! Even the bathroom door. The chair that was in the room was in the room to sit on the material was all ripped up!! The hotel is in a scary place!! Otherwise the service was ok!’

I had 2 different inconveniences at my stay this time. While I've stayed at this same location a few times, and never encountered any problems other than the same dining issue. Upon my last stay in June, the linens on my sons bed were a bit dirty and still had a stain on them from what seemed like food and didn't smell clean. The other bed was fine. My diningroom experience was awful. The staff was reduced to 1 person from the previous 2 from prior visits, and a few less tables, this was not acceptable because their were 3 gentlemen waiting to sit when I arrived. I'm disabled and use a wheelchair about 75% of the time so even getting into the dining room was a challenge(extremely small and inconvenient ramp) so I had to use the 3 step stairs; no problem but the first ⅓ of a step is a bit tricky , especially for me. Anyway, the attendant in the kitchen/ dining was a bit rude when asked if they couldnt get more tables in, as there were 4 guests waiting. The sausage seemed steamed, and browned one one side only, eggs seemed powdery( maybe because they seemed to be made in a large quantity and overstirred by customers, not necessarily the fault of the attendant,but if made in lesser quantities they wouldn't be stirred too often and would taste better. I dont believe that they need to be made all at once. Speaking from experience in food service management 30+ years, I'd say cooking ⅓ the amount of eggs and 2 more cook times would be best for longer lasting texture and flavor.
