"We spent two nights in Cebu Courtyard and I can NOT recommend it! The place smelled like a mixture of human excrรฉments and burning trash, it wasn't clean and there were no cleaning or emptying the trash between the nights. When we asked for extra toilet paper we couldn't get it because they didn't have access to it (they gave us eventually). The tv wasn't working, the internet wasn't working for the both days we stayed there (we asked for it often) and they didn't allow us to store our bags for...
