"Mostly good – great location & friendly staff. The ventilation was very bad though – the aircon didn’t stop the room being very stuffy and smelly. If the window was openable (even by 10 or 20cm) that would make it a lot nicer, and probably wouldn’t let anyone fall out. It would also be much nicer if there was a kettle in the room, to save having to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee"

The toilet had waste in it that was not flushed; there was hair on the shower floor and in the floor of the room; the rug was not vacuumed, as there were nail clippings on it; and the room was dusty, which could be seen on the tables and cups.
