"Very good hotel in Kraków, near to the Tauron Arena, which was essential for me, as I attended a concert there. The room was clean and adequate size, bed comfortable, and the water pressure excellent in the bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, there are a lot of warm options, and some of them are changed, so it is a little different every day. The breakfast room is big enough, which is a big positive, You don't need to stand for minutes, looking for a free table. The only thing I did not like were the small elevators, it would be good if stairs could be used to access the lower levels."

"This was an amazing stay! The hotel is very well located: a 15-20 min. walk away from Kraków’s central train station. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facilities and rooms are beautifully decorated. And despite being located on a main avenue, with a tramway running along it, the hotel and rooms are super quiet and comfortable! Perfect for a great rest! English and Polish spoken."
