"Traditional building with original lift at the centre, this hotel has modernised their part of the building. The bed was very comfortable with very good air conditioning. The only issue we had was with the plumbing in our particular room (Orange) the water pressure was weak at the basin but extremely strong with the hand held shower head, weak again with the rain shower. I’m sure this can be sorted out. Otherwise a lovely stay. Walking distance to all areas although very close to the Metro...

"Great service from the team, everyone was very friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect - well connected/ easy walking distance to all the main sites. The hotel is modern and clean with the best in room coffee machine we had in our three weeks in Italy. The room was also well sounded proofed so street noise was minimal even though it is right on the square. "

"I liked that the place was relatively clean and had gates security. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great as well. The only con was that it was very loud in the hallway when other guests would come in and out as the door slammed and echoed. It also sounded like someone came through cleaning the hallway at 6am. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and the staff was very friendly via email."
