This house in Lanton for 7 people awaits you for a stay with family or friends. Its location is ideal, just a few metres from the surrounding beaches and the harbour. Thus, you will be able to enjoy your holidays on foot or by bike, take long walks and savour a refreshing swim. The house is located within a lively neighbourhood, with local shops just a few metres away (rotisserie, bakery, delicatessen, grocery store...) and just a stone's throw from the dynamic oyster farming port (regular events).



In the garden, you can take time over a good breakfast on the terrace, enjoy sunbathing or the swimming pool before savouring some good grilled food.



The interior is beautifully decorated. You will find a cosy lounge where you can relax in front of a film on **television.** The dining room, with its view of the outside, will be the perfect place for moments of conviviality. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything necessary to prepare good meals: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, **filter coffee makers and Nespresso,** kettle and citrus press.



In the evening, you will be able to rest in one of the 3 bedrooms. The first one has a large double bed and an opening onto the garden, offering all the comfort needed for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, perfect for children. Finally, a last bedroom upstairs awaits you with a queen-size bed.



The accommodation also has 2 bathrooms, 2 independent toilets, washing machine, tumble dryer and two parking spaces.
