Upstairs are two bedrooms & another full bath. Fenced-in backyard. Washer/dryer. Pets can stay if you check with us first ($25 fee). Dogs must be in a crate when you are not at home.

We try to make our space as cozy, comfortable, convenient, and clean as we can. there are couches and comfortable chairs and desks and both indoor and outdoor space for relaxing. kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, dishwasher etc.

WE are just a few minutes drive from MSU, shopping, downtown Lansing, and the highway.

Guests have access to the whole house. three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. there's a fenced in backyard, upper and lower decks on the back, and a 3 season closed in porch on the front.

we are available by text, Airbnb app, and telephone if needed. contact information will be sent to you a few minutes after you book the place.

Walkable friendly neighborhood. Tree-lined street. Birds & squirrels. Cafés, restaurants, bars just a short walk.

Up to three or four cars can park in our driveway. we are a short walk from Michigan avenue where there are public buses. Uber is also quite convenient.

Smoking outdoors is OK, but not in the closed in porch. please don't leave burn marks on the deck.
