"Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...

It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen."
