"This is a 200 year-old hotel, so you have to want that. My room was odd-shaped, but comfortable, with black-out curtains and windows that opened. I would say this is a half 3 star, half 2 star hotel. the towels are thin, the linens are only just ok (even for a three star). The welcome was cold, and it unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth, despite everyone else on staff being gracious. It matters. The bathroom had been recently renovated and was lovely; the amenities, however, are 3-in-1...
