"This was a total catastrophe. We had made this booking several months in advance. It was our first destination on our 50th anniversary tour. First off, we arrived totally jet lagged hoping for a place to recuperate only to find it was closed until May 30. We received no notification from the hotel or Hotel.com. A local kid found someone to open a room, but it was very substandard for the price. Never again. And I am not happy with Hotel.com for letting this happen."

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"The hotel is in good condition and the location is great. A free parking can be found nearby. The only issue is that we got attacked by mosquitos all night long... Although we managed to kill 5 or 6 of them, they kept arriving so I suspect there was a way for them to come into the room, probably by the bathroom. "The shoe box size 2 bed apartment we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures and was very tired and shabby. Beds were used for sofas with well worn covers. There is an extra charge for everything other than parking which is included. We paid extra for sheets for the beds which of course we then had to make ourselves.
