"This is a very affordable hotel considering it's located close to Wangfujing shopping area and super close to the subway station. The laundry facility is a great feature as well for travelers. When my teenager girl has problems with the delivery of stuff she purchased on Taobao, concierge staff was very helpful in helping to resolve the matter. But Make in China restaurant is overrated. "

"This hotel is centrally located in Beijing city, close to many attractions. The forbidden city and Wangfujing are within short walking distance. There is also a Subway station right around the corner. All staffs were friendly and helpful: front desk, Bell service, Concierge, housekeeping, fitness center, etc. I highly recommend this place. If you haven’t been to Beijing before, be aware of busy traffic around this area. Electric Bikes do not follow traffic rules. "

"Since my phone wasn’t compatible with WeChat or Alipay, I faced some challenges during my stay in China. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly helpful. Ella went out of her way to assist me—she walked with me to the food pickup spot, used her own phone, and helped retrieve a delivery ordered by my daughter, who was staying at Tsinghua University. On another occasion, when my daughter’s WeChat account ran out of funds, Harry Sun helped us withdraw cash from the hotel ATM and reload the account. He also arranged our trip to the Great Wall of China, booking a car and giving us great tips—like leaving early to avoid traffic and returning by early afternoon. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and welcoming."

"Wonderful hotel next to the Waldorf Astoria and across there street from the Peninsula. Nice walk to the East gate of the Forbidden City. Comfortable rooms and food available and all can be paid with a credit card!"
