"A 4-STAR HOTEL WITH A 2-STAR RATING ON CUSTOMER’S COMMUNICATION Their standard info is all (& only) in German – or they simply do not bother sending the English version, not even when asked (multiple times). They don’t answer/ monitor(?) their e-mail inboxes, nor the messaging services of the booking platforms… Poor. On top of that, their check-in routine is 100% archaïc, to put it mildly. And the hotel has NOT a secured (=private) wifi-network. They have wifi available; but it’s a public...

"Clean room staff are helpful"

"Excellent hotel near the station with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Breakfast was very good also."

"It was great! I had everything i needed :)"

"Good location quite place"

"We stayed 3 nights in the Deluxe Suites and it was horrible. The internal soundproofing is almost non-existent. We can hear footsteps and stomping sounds from above throughout the night. Expect to be rudely awaken in the morning as well with all the noise coming from above. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper."

"Absolutely a beautiful hotel and the set up of the room was fantastic. Easily accessible from the airport and very close to the city centre . The only thing which I definitely would change are the pillows!! Way too soft 😉"
