"The room was nice and clean and well appointed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Alas we had two evening meals and my wife’s meal one evening was cold and the replacement was not much better. Breakfast was okay. Very handy for the airport."

"Location was ideal, and staff was very helpful in assisting us in use of public transportation, and selection of dining choices. Breakfast buffet was excellent, beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. Top notch hotel with friendly staff."

"Just the most beautiful hotel! I loved the Art Deco interiors I love a hotel that also has a story. The only thing that I would ask for is, there’s a video playing on the tv that’s all about the hotel and it’s history, it’s a shame it didn’t then repeat in English or maybe there was a subtitle option I missed. Our first trip to Hamburg, we will definitely be back and will definitely stay here."
