"We booked what we thought was a high ceilinged private villa with a hot tub - but instead were told that it was a lower ground floor villa with an extra daily rate to pay for the hot tub - even though we’d paid a premium to specifically get this benefit. So we changed our booking to a room in the hotel with a stunning view across the lagoon - which is what we wanted in the first place. The hotel then kindly included breakfast in our hotel room rate, as this did not have a self catering...

"We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning . "This was one of the most magical places I have stayed in my life. The breathtaking views, amazing amenities and beautiful beach made it a dream staycation. The rooftop pool and hot tub were definitely the highlights of this property. I will most definitely be back soon. This was Paradise. "
