"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "Rooms clean and a good size. Bathrooms have walk in showers and were very user friendly. Pub 200m down the road if you don't want to cook. Such a nice surprise to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Spacious lounge and dedicated dining room were appreciated. Would stay again for longer to explore the area."
