"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."

"The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. I needed to stay around for a few more hours after my check out and they offered extended time on my room or a nice sitting spot in the lobby. The hotel is also very clean and kept in a very professional manner. Would strongly recommend! "

This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. "This is a great hotel to stay at in Graz, it feels very upscale for the price. I liked the views from the balcony and the spacious open concept shower layout. The breakfast was also great. Transportation to the city center is only about 15 min on the tram right down the street. "

"Hotel is located in a somewhat remote area, so breakfast is a must, and it's pretty good, you can even order a dish made just for you, otherwise a very good buffet. Sauna is open 12pm to 9pm, so if you're doing things during the day or want to do it in the morning, you're out of luck. Good restaurant provides dinner, but it's closed on Sunday. "
