"Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. The Sat-Nav took us right there, but had to park and locate on foot as the property is tucked away up a drive way - no big deal though! Beautiful coastal walks nearby."

"Top Cot Cottage is a lovely Cornish cottage. It is well equipped with everything you need. St Just is a great village with a handful of shops and there are great walks nearby. We had a lovely short break and coastal walks in the sunshine. Tony gave us all the information we needed to have a great holiday."

"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven in April. The property was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, offering plenty of space for our family of four. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "Our family enjoyed our one week holiday staying at this home! It was great location to all we wanted to see and do in Cornwall, as well as being a clean home with great features. We made use of the kitchen every morning and evening, cooking our own meals (and a table that fits 6!). Everything we needed for cooking was provided. "We had a really rainy week in Cornwall, but our holiday was nevertheless wonderful, in large part due to this wonderful holiday cottage and the delightful hosts, John and Karen. The cottage is just a short walk from the idyllic harbour in Mousehole with a handful of great pubs and restaurants. The cottage itself is brilliantly set up for a family, with two good size en suite bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, toys and games, and a big pool (that we braved despite the rain...!). "The cottage was comfortable and clean. The weather was cold and wet when we were there and so we were not able to enjoy the garden but the rhododendron blooms were pretty. It was a good place for a base to visit southern Cornwall - Land's End, Lizard Point, Michael's Mount were some of the places we visited."

"Nice little flat wirh a parking place. Clean and tidy well equipped for us . Dog friendly near the park but alot of steps if you have an old dog 🐕. Couldnt get the Microwave to work ? Not sure why. Interesting shower with deep tub you have to climb into. Great view from balcony."

Bed and sofa were very comfy, bunk beds were a bit tight for an adult and the only bathroom is off of the main bedroom so more suited to a family than three adults. Very easy to find and parking was fine even in our truck (reverse in). It was a good base but walking from there was a bit limited due to having to cross A roads. "
