"We liked the location. Right in town. This what we didn’t like. We were not greeted at the property as stated. Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. "Das Problem ist, dass man das Hotel am Berg nur bis 16:00 Uhr buchen kann und auch einchecken kann. Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. "Séjour plus rapide que prévu étant donné que j'ai réservé une chambre et que l'hôtel était fermé. Apres appel du numéro affiché sur la porte en cas d'absence une personne est venu me proposer une chambre dans une autre résidence pas du tout en lien avec la réservation que j'avais passé. Je me suis donc rendu dans ce village pour rien. "

"It was the worse experience in my life. Unfriendly lady in property, she stole our money, didnt give us accomodation and left quickly with her car. She left us alone there, in front of her house, with animals walking around, in a dirty place. She was rude, she cheated. Such place should not be authorized to give tourist service. Big shock. My friend got almost heart attack and she couldnt sleep that night. We had to move to another place."

"Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Zimmer war sauber und es gab sogar eine Flasche gratis Mineralwasser. Preis Leistungsverhältnis TOP! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder. "

"Property was in a great location for us. Near family that we were visiting and had a great place for the kids to play in Alfeld (7 Berge Bad). Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"Wir waren zum Familienbesuch in Duderstadt, OT Migerode. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und komplett ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichteti, die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Auch der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Als in der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass wir Monteurzimmer gebucht haben, waren wir schon auf Schlimmeres vorbereitet, allerdings wurde das leider noch übertroffen. Das Angebot stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Beschreibung überein. Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten, jeder Bettbezug unterschiedlich, okay damit kann man leben… Aber es gibt nur Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten, das sollte schon erwähnt werden! Die Wände sind sehr schmutzig, die Mülleimer in den Toiletten waren nicht gelehrt und...
