"easy check in, room was ready as soon as we got in to town, 1 hour early. check out was easy. pool towels easily accessible. early little breakfast acceptable for pre-hike nourishment. beverage selection was good."

"Staff (Day & nite shift) very accomodating, friendly and they even deliver what you need even at night. Our Experience was very pleasant, good, I gave them 5 stars for the Breakfast..Still the usual American Breakfast. The Parking was best, and very secure..we went there to visit my son who is in the MCGAA military base and the Hotel was very near to the best Entrance (East) going to visit Josua Tree Nat'l Park.. we booked 2 rooms, one with kitchen. we end up going home on Memorial Day 2025. I will definitely booked with Sure Stay Plus by Western twentynine Palms for another visit. hopefully by August..my review/opinion was our group experience and others will not be the same."
