4. The Hot tub and Shed, (shared with main house if it is occupied). The deck is unavailable if the main house unit is occupied.
5. Parking - Use the second driveway on the right in front of the garage for a maximum of three vehicles. The driveway on the left of the asphalt is for the occupants of the other unit. No parking is allowed on the rural country road. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed.
6. 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
7. We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a No Pet policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies. *If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.
